Foghat Coming to Riviera Theatre in North Tonawanda April 16; Tickets Still Available

American-based English rock band Foghat will be making a stop near Buffalo, NY on April 16 when they play the beautiful Riviera Theatre in North Tonawanda, NY. Foghat, which celebrated its 50th-anniversary last year, was formed in London in 1971.

Foghat is known for the use of electric slide guitars in its music. The band has achieved eight gold records, one platinum, and one double platinum record, and despite several line-up changes, continues to record and perform.

Foghat currently includes original Foghat founding drummer Roger Earl along with lead guitarist Bryan Bassett (1999-present), bassist Rodney O’Quinn (2015-present), and newest member and lead vocalist Scott Holt who joined the band earlier this year after lead singer Charlie Huhn retired.

The lineup of Earl, Bassett, Huhn, and O’Quinn recorded a live record in November 2019 called 8 Days on the Road. The album was released in July 2021.

In January 2022, after Huhn retired, Holt, formerly a guitarist for Buddy Guy, became the new lead singer and guitarist. Holt had previously lent his vocals for Under the Influence and was lead vocalist in Foghat side project Earl & the Agitators.
