(Minnesota U.S.A) -Big Henry, Rittz and headliner Yelawolf performed to a completely sold out crowd at the Skyway Theater in Minneapolis, MN. On Friday night during the Slumerican Made Tour.
Alabama born rapper Yelawolf, a.k.a. Michael Atha tells stories of down-and-out Southern living – fast cars, cold beers, hard beats, harder drugs and the folks for whom those four things are the only reasons to live. He performed hits “Pop the Trunk,” “Billy Crystal” and “Good to Go.” But he really got the young crowd on their feet and wild while performing “Daddy’s Lambo” and “Till It’s Gone.”
Yelawolf may be on-the-verge, but he’s been in the game a while now and will continue to rise. Marshall Mathers was quick to sign Yelawolf to Eminem’s Shady Records label. His touring band made up of DJ. Klever and Guitarist Bones Owens are definitely important members of his Slumerican family.
