Barenaked Ladies with Better Than Ezra and KT Tunstall are heading to Artpark for next week’s Tuesdays In the Park at the outdoor amphitheater stage for a great triple bill!
Canada’s Barenaked Ladies will be making their third appearance at Artpark having played there previously in 2016 and 2007. The group, which formed in 1988 in Toronto, has released 16 studio albums to date with the latest being Fake Nudes (2017). Some of their hits include If I Had A $1,000,000, Brian Wilson, This Old Apartment, Jane, Shoe Box, Pinch Me and many more!
The band, which has won eight Juno Awards and have been nominated for two Grammy Awards, currently consists of Ed Robertson (lead and backing vocals, lead and rhythm guitars), Jim Creeggan (double bass, bass guitar, backing and lead vocals), Tyler Stewart (drums, percussion, backing and lead vocals) and Kevin Hearn (keyboards, lead and rhythm guitars, backing and lead vocals).
Better Than Ezra is an American alternative rock band based in New Orleans, Louisiana, and signed to The End Records. They formed in 1988 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The current band consists of Kevin Griffin (vocals and guitar), Tom Drummond (bass guitar), and Michael Jerome (drums).
Better Than Ezra has released eight studio albums, the most recent one being 2014’s All Together Now. They are best known for their 1993 platinum album Deluxe and the 1995 single Good, which reached #1 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart. The song also charted at #3 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and reached #30 on the Billboard Hot 100.
KT Tunstall is a Scottish singer-songwriter and musician. She broke into the public eye with a 2004 live solo performance of her song Black Horse and the Cherry Tree on Later… with Jools Holland. To date, Tunstall has five studio albums, the latest being KIN released in 2016.
Better Than Ezra and KT Tunstall will be making their debut appearance at Artpark.
