(Buffalo, NY) – Just four days after the release of their 7th studio album, Five Crooked Lines, and in the midst of a U.S. tour, Canada’s own (Burlington, Ontario to be exact!) took over the stage at Iron Works in downtown Buffalo on August 4. The small concert venue wasn’t filled to capacity but those in attendance (approximately 150 or so fans, mostly Canadian) were treated to a great intimate performance led by singer Scott Anderson.
The band got right into the title track off their new album followed by First Time, Tip, Falling On and their latest single Wolves and Doors.
The band – which also includes guitarists Rick Jackett and James Black, bassist Sean Anderson and newest member, drummer Steve Molella – played an energetic show with a mix of old songs and new songs. They even threw in a Genesis cover (That’s All) and some Pink Floyd (Another Brick In the Wall) during the band’s encore of Paralyzer.
Finger Eleven has proven they can still put on a great, energetic show – no matter what the venue is and how many fans are at the show! Definitely a band not to miss!
Opening the show was Buffalo’s own Radio 9.
You can catch Finger Eleven on tour in Canada and U.S. To find out when and where go to Finger Eleven‘s Facebook page or website.
