Some of their hits include Juke Box Hero, Cold As Ice, Hot Blooded, Waiting For A Girl Like You, Feels Like The First Time, Urgent, Head Games, Long, Long Way From Home and the worldwide #1 hit, I Want To Know What Love Is, which topped the United Kingdom and United States charts.

The current Foreigner line-up features Mick Jones, vocalist Kelly Hansen (formerly of Hurricane, replaced Gramm in 2005), saxophonist Thom Gimbel, bassist Jeff Pilson (formerly of Dio and Dokken), keyboardist Michael Bluestein, drummer Chris Frazier (formerly of Steve Vai, Eddie Money and Whitesnake) and guitarist Bruce Watson.
