With a boundless, frenetic energy, Toronto’s Monowhales have built a reputation as one of the most memorable up-and-coming live acts in Canada.
Monowhales released their new single and video for Take It Back on September 19th. Check it out here.
The release coincides with a change in image and brand for the band, retiring their name Ginger Ale & The Monowhales in favour of the simpler moniker: Monowhales.
The highly visually appealing video for Take It Back is the band’s take on the popular Instagram hashtag #SatisfyingVideos. The video features slime, kinetic sand, painted fruit and other visually appealing images, along with brightly coloured performance footage. Coupling slick production by MSTRKRFT’s AL-P and Monowhales‘ signature energy and charm, Take It Back is primed to make a splash on radio and online.
The band also announced a fall co-headline tour with Featurette, being billed as THE BIG BANG TOUR. Tickets for the tour go on sale on September 21, 2017. For more information, please visit: www.monowhales.com
