Kim Mitchell was back in St. Catharines for a sold-out show at FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre on November 1, 2023. The last time Mitchell played the PAC was on March 11, 2020. It turned out to be the last show for a long time at PAC before lockdown.  (PHOTO: Joel Naphin)
