March 5, 2018 – This week’s guest is Nadia Azar, PhD – Associate Professor, Department of Kinesiology at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Azar is currently doing research involving drummers and two of her recent subjects included Mike Mangini of Dream Theater and Jeff Burrows of The Tea Party. In this podcast, Dr. Azar shares some of her insights and what she is learning about injuries for drummers, calories they burn and how drummers can play longer pain-free.
