Award winning Canadian singer/songwriter Tara MacLean, releases her highly anticipated solo album, Deeper, on June 23, 2019. It will be MacLean’s first indie album and can be pre-ordered here starting today on iTunes.
This recording of 12 songs, most of it new, original material. was produced by Tara MacLean, co produced by Dennis Ellsworth, with additional production by Colin Gilmore Buchanan, Bill Bell and Gordie Sampson. It is a true collaboration of great East Coast Canadian musicians; Adam Brazier, Tim Chaisson, Meagan Blanchard, Catherine MacLellan, Nick Doneff, Alicia Toner, Kinley Dowling, Deryl Gallant, Trevor Grant, Kim Dunn, Jeremy Gallant, Natalie Williams- Calhoun, Gilbert Sark, Hubert Francis ad Dennis Ellsworth. Tara has been with Sony/ATV Music Publishing for almost 25 years and has four solo albums, and two with her band Shaye. She is the mother of three beautiful daughters, and lives in Charlottetown, PEI, Canada. Tara’s hit show, Atlantic Blue – The Stories and Songs of Atlantic Canada’s Most Iconic Songwriters, runs all summer on PEI with the Charlottetown Festival.
Deeper was recorded in PEI at The Hill Sound Studio engineered by Adam Gallant, mixed by Colin Gilmore Buchanan.
