Next Tuesday, July 3, two music heavyweights will take over Artpark’s outdoor amphitheater stage for Tuesdays In the Park. The Steve Miller Band and Peter Frampton will grace the stage for a night of great classic rock!
Steve Miller is best known for such hits as The Joker, Take the Money and Run, Rock’n Me, Fly Like An Eagle, Jet Airliner, Jungle Love and Swingtown.
Inducted into the Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame in 2016, Steve Miller has released 18 studio albums since 1968 and a number of live albums and compilations.
Peter Frampton, once a member of Humble Pie, began his solo career in 1971. Hits include Baby, I love Your Way, Show Me the Way and Do You Feel Like We Do – the latter two tracks also feature his use of the talk box guitar effect.
Frampton has released 19 studio albums since 1972, the last being Acoustic Classics (2016).
Next week’s show will be Miller’s fourth appearance at Artpark and Frampton’s sixth time at Artpark – the last being 2015 for both and first time together for Tuesdays In the Park.
