Toronto’s The Pick Brothers Band have just released their new video for the song Blue off their six-song EP Blue Days. The band recruited their very talented cousin Zac Facts, who has directed such videos as Low Life – Future ft. The Weeknd, Luv – Tory Lanez, 81 – Sean Leon and 1,2 1,2 – Raekwon ft. Snoop Dogg, to direct the video for Blue.
The result is a sophisticated and beautifully surreal storyline of a girl escaping melancholy to run wild in a daydream. In a wonderfully understated way, the stillness and silence of the video combined with an explosively dynamic track result in a remarkable synergy of story telling.

Who are The Pick Brothers?
The Pick Brothers Band is a Toronto trio comprised of three brothers – Jeremiah, Gabriel and Casey. They have been moving up in the Toronto music scene since their early gigs in Kensington Market and with a number of sold out local shows over the last couple of years.
They released their first EP in 2013, the self-produced Pink Lemonade, which was mixed by Mark Makoway (Moist, Great Big Sea, Hey Rosetta).
Blue Days sees the Pick brothers significantly upping the artistic ante to create an album that is a definitive statement of their versatility as songwriters and musicians and has already been lauded by music critics and the response to the songs at live shows has been nothing short of spectacular. Already considered to be one of the Toronto region’s most explosive and entertaining live bands, The Pick Brothers’ reputation for sonic excellence has landed them gigs opening for the likes of The Sam Roberts Band, The Arkells and The Temperance Movement.
The Pick Brothers are set to hit the road with their new seven-piece musical machine this month. Their distinctive sound and firewagon concerts will undoubtedly win over even more fans and establish the band as an important new force on the Canadian music scene.
